Paperwork Reduction Act Statement: We are collecting this information subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501) to develop a web-based software application for use by states and falconers to manage permitting and recordkeeping required by regulations found at 50 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.29 Falconry standards and falconry permitting that govern the practice of falconry in the U.S. Your response is voluntary and results will not be shared publicly. We may not conduct or sponsor and you are not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB Control Number. OMB has reviewed and approved this survey and assigned OMB Control Number 1090-0011, which expires 10/31/2018.

Estimated Burden Statement: We estimate this collection of information to be approximately 2.5 hours to complete, including time to read instructions, gather information, and complete and submit your review of the proposed software application.
